RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for a summer temporary worker/time-employed support resource for the Employment Unit, AME, to strengthen operations during the summer.

In this role, you are involved in the planning and execution of daily work. You provide practical support to participants in various tasks, such as sorting, simpler service duties, cleaning, and other practical tasks that occur within the operations.

You contribute to creating structure and momentum in daily life and help lead the work in a present and inclusive manner. An important part of the assignment is to introduce participants to their work tasks as well as to motivate and strengthen them in their development towards work or studies.

The role is operational, which means that you are an active part of the practical work together with the participants.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are confident, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You have the ability to create structure, take initiative, and work independently while contributing to good cooperation within the work group. You are clear in your communication and have a professional approach towards participants, colleagues, and collaborating partners.

Requirements for the position:

• Upper secondary education.
• Experience from work where you have supported, guided, coached, or introduced people to work tasks or development processes.
• Professional experience demonstrating a good ability to create structure, plan, and follow up on interventions.
• Ability to meet people with different prerequisites and needs in a respectful and motivating way.

It is also meritorious if you have experience from employment initiatives, coaching, and guidance.

You need to be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the operations. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, as the work places high demands on responsibility, judgment, and the ability to support individuals in employment-oriented interventions.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
